Maximum of 200. The venue works best for 80 to 175 — intimate enough to feel personal, large enough for a real celebration. We don’t try to squeeze in 250 because that number doesn’t fit the barn comfortably.
The venue opens for getting ready at 2 PM for most packages. The bridal suite and groom’s quarters are ready at that time. Your coordinator will confirm the exact timeline during your planning process. Most couples are fully ready with plenty of time before a 4 or 5 PM ceremony start.
