Audrey and Brett’s biggest priorities for their wedding day were to have a beautiful setting, delicious food, and a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Laural Mill delivered on all counts for their Indiana wedding. The venue is surrounded by rolling hills and lush greenery, and the ceremony and reception spaces are both charming and inviting. The food, catered by Southern Lady’s Catering, was excellent and the Laural Mill staff was attentive and friendly for their Indiana wedding.
Audrey and Brett incorporated a number of special touches into their Indiana wedding day. They used wood from their family’s property to make the aisle decor, which consisted of smaller logs that were placed at each bench going down the aisle along with a jar of baby’s breath. The Bride’s sister and grandfather used wood from the Bride’s great grandfather’s wood shop to craft a ring box. Pictures of their grandparents and a family Bible were included on the memory table. Audrey also wore her grandmother’s pearls and a broach on her bouquet.
One of Audrey and Brett’s most anticipated moments of their wedding day was Audrey putting on her dress. She had been dreaming about this day for months, and she didn’t want to ever take the dress off! To achieve a timeless look, she wore a fitted Sheri Hill dress with a long lace train and beading for her Indiana wedding.
Audrey and Brett were also very impressed with the Laural Mill team for their wedding day. They went above and beyond to make sure Audrey and Brett’s wedding day was perfect. The day of coordinator was especially helpful, and Audrey and Brett felt like they could relax and enjoy their day without having to worry about anything.
