You get a barn with a Great Room: exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, wood floors, farmhouse tables, steel chairs, and a covered porch for cocktails and late dancing under string lights.

Outdoor ceremony sites are named. The Haven and The Grove. Wooden benches. Silo bar. Wood-burning fire pit managed by the Laural Mill team.

Indoor ceremonies work when weather turns. Bridal suite with hair and makeup stations (heated and cooled). Groom’s loft for morning prep. Prep kitchen for your caterer. Wheelchair-accessible barn.

Important: the Great Room does not have full HVAC. Spring, summer, and late fall are the comfortable season. Commercial fans in warm months. Space heaters in cooler months. Mid-December through February the venue is closed. Winter dates go to the sister venue, The Wilds.

Food and bar

Catering is BYOC. You hire a licensed caterer. The venue does not include catering.

Bar is exclusive in-house service. Not BYOB.

Never all-inclusive. Amenities, furniture, décor access, setup support, bar, and planning support are part of the rental. Food is not.
